Hey everyone, finally, something other than an outfit post on my blog !

My friend Nina sent me these wristcuffs quite a while ago, but I've been too caught up in other things to review them until now, but better late than never, right ?

Here's one of the wristcuffs on it's own, pretty old school I think, also very cute !
They don't have elastic in them, but the ribbon keeps them on perfectly.
I'm not an expert on lace, but I think it's really good quality ! Very soft and thick. If you didn't notice, there are two layers of lace ~

They are especially good for dressing up a plainer blouse and making it more loli-able !

Here's me wearing them with a full lolita outfit;

I also think they look really cute over some white, lacey gloves !

So yeah ! If you'd like some, give Nina a message, she's super sweet <3

The next set of wristcuffs are from Vitae Clothing, I won a competition and she sent me these as a prize !

One wristcuff on it's own ~
The lace is very different to the other pair, but also very good quality, as far as I can tell. Not scratchy at all, always a good thing !
These ones have elastic in them, so they are very easy to put on.
They have three types of lace, one facing up and two facing down, one on top of the other.
They also come in other colourways, have a look on their facebook page !
The little cake thingies seem to be made out of plastic, very solid and doesn't seem like it's going to break any time soon !
I believe the ribbon is called grosgrain ribbon, but I could be wrong. I personally like it, and I really like the way it's folded and sewn on.

Here's a photo of it worn with a sleeve, I love the over the top look !

I have yet to wear them with an outfit, I'm saving them for my yellow Cherry Berry Bunny replica dress when I get it * u*

I wore this yesterday in the city with some friends for lunch and shopping;

The wig is very confusing, sometimes it looks a little bit green ! S: but I still like it, the curls remind me of cinnamon rolls ~ I got it from here

The dress is from Bodyline, it's really comfy so it's good for casual days ~

For halloween I decided to dress up as Snow White, my favourite Disney princess...

But with a little twist !

(I didn't keep those silly false teeth on all night, just for that picture, and I liked how juicy my wound looked in it, hahah)

I made the whole costume myself and did all the makeup and special effects myself. ;D

Yeah, another outfit post....I need other kinds of posts, but I've been a bit busy lately, sorry !

I can't remember at all what I wore this to o_o;

I wore this to TAFE the other week (I'm studying Certificate III in Visual Arts and Contemporary Craft :D I wear lolitas on the days where we mainly do digital art and drawing ~)

I wore this outfit clubbing ~

I wore this to go look at houses with/for my friend ~

I wore this to TAFE last week;

In painting class the teacher gave us all a pear each, and got us to put it on a white piece of paper and paint it....here's mine;

The next day I wore lolita to TAFE again, and afterwards went out to dinner and Daiso with my friend xD I really wanted to wear my awesome new boots *___* Oh how I love them so ! They are from An*Tai*Na ~ Also I was wearing my new cutsew from Dear Celine :D

My first attempts at fairy kei.

So...lately I've been getting into other fashions, including 50s and fairy kei. (for those of you who don't know me, I've been dressing in pretty much only lolita for about a year and a half, you can see my old outfits here: http://community.livejournal.com/daily_lolita/?poster=vanillablitz)

Here are my first couple attempts at fairy kei, note, they aren't 100% the usual fairy kei you see all over the internet, I have to dress for my size, I don't think I'd look too amazing in a mini petticoat and big legwarmers or something.

I think I need to include more accessories in my fairy kei outfits.....but I also think something else is off, but I can't put my finger on it ! Either way, I like wearing these outfits when I'm too lazy to wear lolita or something (:
